GULF APPROVED MEDICAL CENTRES ASSOCIATION TAMILNADU CHAPTER

    We profoundly thank Almighty Allah and the Hon’ble Members of the G.C.C. States Medical Technical Committee for the honour and responsibility vested on the members of its GAMCA.
    As per the directive of the then Executive Director, Dr. Tawfik A. Khoja, vide his Circulars dated 14/5/1422 Hijri (4th August 2001) and 2/11/1423 Hijri (5thJanuary 2003), a GAMCA was ordered to be formed in various States of India.
    We are proud to place on record that GAMCA, Tamil Nadu Chapter was the first ever GAMCA to be formed on 7th June 2002 with its temporary office at HUMA Specialists Hospital & Research Centre Pvt. Ltd. No.786, Anna Salai, Nandanam, Chennai 600035, with the following members.

GAMCA was shifted to a permanent office in August/ September 2002 at, “COMMERCE CENTRE”,
441/4 (Old No. 303/4), Anna Salai Teynampet, Chennai 600018.

     AIMS AND OBJECTIVES.
  1. To ensure equal distribution of cases amongst its members.
  2. To act as a joint body against harassment of agents.
  3. To act as an institution to fight libel cases against its members.
  4. To represent to the G.C.C. and other various Embassies and Consulates the difficulties and problems faced by the individual members of the GAMCA at any given point of time.
  5. To ensure that none of its own members resorts to any unethical practices and follow high ethical standards.
     RULES.
  1. Any communication that leaves the desk of the Executive President, other than routine administrative ones, must have been duly passed by a majority of the members at a meeting held or by a circulation note.
  2. Any decision taken by the Chapter will be on the basis of Unanimity or majority.
  3. A GAMCA centre will have to be represented at all meetings ONLY by its signing authority.
